Returns + Exchanges

Eligible Items: We accept returns for full-priced Resortwear items purchased directly from TatiHawaii.com. This policy is effective as of August 18, 2024, and items bought before this date are not eligible for returns. Please note that this policy does not apply to swimwear or items purchased from other retailers or boutiques. All Resortwear returns are issued as store credit only. Refunds are not available.

Domestic Returns: Before submitting your return, ensure your items meet the conditions of our return policy:

  1. Email us at support@tatihawaii.com to confirm your return.

  2. Indicate the items you wish to return for store credit.

  3. Purchase your own return label.

  4. Print the return label, pack your items securely, and return them within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, with original tags attached, and returned in their original packaging.

Return Timeframe: Returns must be initiated and submitted within 7 days of receiving your order to ensure timely processing.

Condition of Returned Items: All returned items must be in new, unused condition, with original tags and packaging intact. This helps us maintain the quality of our products for all customers.

Store Credit Only: Refunds are provided exclusively as store credit and apply only to full-priced Resortwear items. Shipping and handling fees, gift cards, and store credits are non-refundable.

Sale Items Exclusion: Sale items are not eligible for return. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.

Non-Compliance: If your return does not meet the specified conditions, it will not be accepted. Any return shipping costs incurred due to non-compliance will be the customer's responsibility.

Processing Time: Returns are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your return. You will receive an email when we have received your return and another when it has been processed. If you need assistance, please contact us at support@tatihawaii.com.

International Orders: We do not currently accept returns for international orders. For assistance, please email us at support@tatihawaii.com.

Quality Control: Every item undergoes thorough quality control before shipping. If you receive an item that does not meet our standards, please contact us at support@tatihawaii.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the problem. Please note that items damaged by normal wear and tear, accidents, improper care, or misuse are not considered faulty.

Resortwear: For the purpose of this return policy, "Resortwear" refers exclusively to clothing items and does not include swimwear, bodywear, or accessories.
